Questions

Is it free?

Yes. Planning is free and there's no sign-up. If you want the trip booked, our travel partner quotes it for free and there's no obligation to go ahead. When the partner books a trip you requested here, SafarBudget may receive a referral fee from them — that's what pays for the service.

How accurate are the prices?

They're realistic estimates at rates a travel agent can actually book — not the cheapest price you might find once, and not live quotes. If your budget is too low for the trip, the plan says so and shows the realistic minimum instead of squeezing in hotels nobody can book. When you ask us to book, our travel partner confirms the exact price with you before you pay anything.

Can you book it for me?

Yes. Tap Book this trip on your plan and send the request on WhatsApp. Our travel partner calls you with a quote for the tickets, hotel and transfers, and books it once you say yes. You pay the travel partner directly — SafarBudget never takes a payment.

Can I share a plan with the people I'm travelling with?

Yes. Every plan gets its own link. Anyone you send it to sees the whole thing — budget and itinerary — without installing anything or making an account, and can ask for it to be booked too.
